Each new form transaction is given a transaction KEY. This KEY is unique to each transaction and enables you to identify finalized transactions. When a transaction is “finalized” it can no longer be edited. However, you can still base a future transaction on a finalized transaction.
2. Drop Down Menus
A Drop Down Menu consists of a table with a list of items that are
available for the field. The user selects an item with the mouse or keyboard, or enters in
a new item. Each new item is automatically added to the list for future use.

Utility
This utility allows you to set up four different databases (Shipper,
Consignee, Product, & Remit COD). You can use these databases to store the names,
addresses and products regularly used on your Bills of Lading.

Dynamic forms allow you to generate multiple pages of a form depending
on the amount of data entered into the dynamic area. This allows you to enter several
different products for one transaction.
