     Each new form transaction is given a transaction KEY. This KEY is unique to each transaction and enables you to identify finalized transactions. When a transaction is “finalized” it can no longer be edited. However, you can still base a future transaction on a finalized transaction.

2. Drop Down Menus
    A Drop Down Menu consists of a table with a list of items that are available for the field. The user selects an item with the mouse or keyboard, or enters in a new item. Each new item is automatically added to the list for future use.

3. Database Utility
    This utility allows you to set up four different databases (Shipper, Consignee, Product, & Remit COD). You can use these databases to store the names, addresses and products regularly used on your Bills of Lading.

4. Dynamic Entry Fields
    Dynamic forms allow you to generate multiple pages of a form depending on the amount of data entered into the dynamic area. This allows you to enter several different products for one transaction.

5. Date / Calendar pop-up
    Always have the correct date with SoftForms pop-up calendar feature.

6. Automatic calculations
    Automatic math calculations eliminate data entry errors, and saves time.

7. Complete on-line help
    Help file includes field specific help - Press the F1 key and specific help for any data entry field will automatically appear.
