What is an electronic catalog or book?

An electronic catalog is a index based document with text and graphics.  Uses for electronic catalogs are:  technical manuals, instruction manuals or cataloging products and services.  By using this latest technology you will not only be on the cutting edge but you will be saving money as well.  The reproduction cost of CDs is much lower than the cost of printing a books. 
                             An example of pricing:                   
                             1,000 books @  $10 each     = $10,000
                             1,000 CDs   @  $1.50 each  = $ 1,500 
                                $8,500 in savings

With the use of an Internet browser and Adobe Acrobat Readerâ you can view, print or save the documentation while online.

The book will consist of a PDF file with text, and graphics.

Complete index of links- Searching or navigating is completed by a detailed set of links.   There is a search program available from Adobe.

CD Mastering- If you need to distribute copies of your Book/Catalog, we will put it on CD for you.  The more you purchase the cheaper each copy will be.

*(Adobe Acrobat Readerâ is a Shareware program available for free.)

Advantages of Electronic media- Wouldn't it be nice if you could put a 500-700MB catalog up on the web? Well, now you can with an Adobe Catalog.  The size of the PDF file can be over 600 MB before we compress and optimize it for page at a time downloading on the Internet.  That same 600MB file can be brought down to 5 MB or less.  When viewing the document on the Internet, your web browser will download it one page at a time.
