Although the software created by FormSoft Development Corporation is quite easy to use, technical support is available for any problems that may arise. Technical Support is free for the first 90 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days this service will be fee based at 30.00 per incident. Network installation support, custom map designs, and training services are available.
For technical support on RapidForms products created by FormSoft (Softforms SA for Rapidforms BOL, BFT Forms and Contractors software, etc.); on Unz&Co. software products (Export4.0, SED 2.0; SLI 2.0, Hazardous Declaration, Nafta, Commercial Invoice, Bills of Lading, and Israel) and all SoftForms SA products please feel free to contact us between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM Eastern Standard time at (724) 850-8000.
